How to better deal with our own and others’ emotional fallout during this pandemic
Objectives
1) To introduce you to a strategy designed to provide assistance enhancing emotional & behavioural health
2) Learn to Use SFA as a strategy to be:
- A companion to, not a substitute for professional mental health
- Applicable to peers, children, adults, and families
- Appropriate both for crisis response and daily life
3) Enable you to be a better person (e.g. friend, family member, colleague) for yourself and others
